While having conversations with Al and his ideas when it came to the website, he continued to emphasize that he wanted to “go big” and let the ingredients “do the talking”. This was our motivation and inspiration for the website. We accomplished this by filling the screen with appetizing video showcasing the flavor and zest of his entrees. We used modern practices to ensure that the audience has the best viewing experience, regardless of the platform they are on so they would have something to salivate over.
